Benjamin Graham’s masterwork on the art of investing. I absolutely love this book. Over the years I’ve both read and listened to it over 20 times.
More important than “Buy this type of security”, Graham teaches you how to think rationally. This helps you to avoid common investor mistakes.
How To Read a Financial Report
When investing in individual companies, being able to make sense of their regular financial statements is a critical skill. Through real world examples and analogies, John and Tage Tracy does an excellent job covering the topic.
Think and Grow Rich
Napolean Hill’s Think and Grow Rich is still one of the best selling self-improvement books over 80 years since it’s initial publishing. It is required reading for anyone serious about living a life of fulfillment and accomplishment. I have 2 physical copies of this book and keep and keep the audiobook version on my phone. It’s that good.
Managing Oneself
Peter F. Drucker provides quick insights into how one learns and the importance of not being intellectually ignorant. It’s a great read. Very concise.
Where Good Ideas Come From
Steven Johnson’s book describing the unusual environment from which good ideas originate.

Total Recall: My Unbelievably True Life Story
Arnold Schwarzenegger is an amazing character. Reveals all in his autobiography Total Recall. One of my favorite autobiographies. He’s truly the personification of an immigrant dreaming big and living the American dream.
